Why don't the Offline and LAN options show a price?

The fee depends on your business size, number of stations, printers and setup. Quotes are free and fast — message us on WhatsApp and tell us what you need.

Is the one-time licence really one-time?

Yes. The Offline and LAN software licence is paid once, with no monthly subscription fee. Your written quote will clearly state the scope of installation, training, updates and any optional support services before you commit.

Can I start on Cloud and move to Offline later, or vice versa?

Talk to our team before switching. We will review your current setup and data, then explain what can move and the safest rollout for your business before you decide.

Does the free trial need a credit card?

No. Sign up at app.bizflow.ke without a credit card.

Do you install and train my staff?

Cloud can be started on devices you already own. For Offline and LAN, installation and training depend on your setup and are stated clearly in your written quote.

What hardware do I need?

Cloud works on a modern phone, tablet or computer with a browser. Offline and LAN run on Windows computers. Bizflow works with standard thermal receipt and docket printers.
